The Survivors, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding survivors of sexual assault through compassionate, survivor‑centered support. We exist to ensure that survivors are met with understanding, respect, and meaningful resources as they move forward on their individual journeys toward healing.
Our work is grounded in empathy, dignity, and the belief that survivors deserve support that honors their experiences, choices, and personal goals.
Our Mission
Our mission at The Survivors, Inc. is to guide survivors of sexual assault by offering vital resources and personalized life coaching, while empowering individuals on their journey toward healing.
Survivor‑Informed by Lived Experience
Our work is guided by lived experience. Survivors are deeply represented across our organization and work alongside trusted allies to provide compassionate, survivor‑centered support.
This collaboration allows us to combine firsthand understanding with care, skill, and accountability ensuring survivors are supported in ways that feel authentic, respectful, and empowering.

We do not define healing for survivors. We support survivors as they define it for themselves.
Our Survivor‑Centered Approach
Being survivor‑centered means prioritizing choice, consent, dignity, and voice. Our approach is trauma‑informed and grounded in deep respect for individual readiness and boundaries.
We recognize that healing looks different for everyone. There are no timelines, expectations, or one‑size‑fits‑all paths; only support offered with care and intention.
Empowerment Through Support
We believe healing is strengthened through connection, access to resources, and consistent encouragement. Through personalized life coaching and guidance, we support survivors as they set goals, rediscover strengths, and move forward in ways that feel safe and empowering.
Survivors remain at the center of every decision, conversation, and service we provide.
